AIR FRY CHICKEN RECIPE
Herb Butter Crusted Salmon
Ingredients

1 lb softened butter, cubed

2 Tbsp dried parsley

½ tsp lemon zest

1 Cup Hobi’s Bites Ranch Crackers (finely crumbled)

½ Cup Parmigiana Reggiano

1 Tbsp fresh chopped dill
-
½ tsp dried oregano
-
½ Cup Panko breadcrumbs
-
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
-
¼ tsp black pepper​
INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer until well incorporated. Place in refrigerator.

Season Salmon (6oz) with roughly 2-3 Tbsp of the butter mixture on top, about ¼ inch thick, covering the entire surface.

Place on an oven safe pan and cook at 425F for 10-12 minutes until golden brown on top.

Try making the butter mixture in advance, placing the desired softened amount between 2 pieces of cellophane...roll out into a perfect size and thickness for your salmon, and just cover the fish like a blanket prior to cooking
