A purpose-driven cracker company with Texas roots, Hobi's Bites was founded in 2016 by Swiss pastry chef Peter J. Hobi. Inspired by his Mom, Trudy, the line celebrates the art of curating the right spices and seasonings for unforgettable flavors.

Peter's entrepreneurial path to these savory creations started in 1994 with Houston staple Alphorn Bakery's opening. From baking 2 million cookies every year for the Barbara Bush Foundation to preparing 10,000 pounds of seasoned crackers weekly, the bakery has transformed into a hub for Hobi's Bites heroes to tap into creativity and community.

With a core belief in doing business for good, owner Peter and his team are on a mission to employ and support people with intellectual disabilities through a longstanding partnership with Noah's House nonprofit. Beyond earning a living by seasoning and packaging the crackers, employees gain a family and learn new skills.
