Air Fry Chicken


Hobi’s Original Hot Cracker Air Fry Breading

  • 1 Cup (4oz) HOBI’S Original Hot Crackers (finely  ground/crumbled)

  • 1 Tbsp Light Brown Sugar

  • ½ tsp Granulated Garlic

  • ¼ tsp Ground Black Pepper

  • ½ tsp Salt

Hobi's Wet Coating Mix

  • ½ Cup Dijon Mustard 

  •  ½ Cup Real Mayonnaise



  1. Mix all wet ingredients in a large bowl, set aside...we will be using this bowl to coat the chicken. 

  2. In another bowl mix all dry ingredients until evenly incorporated, set aside. 

  3. In the large bowl coat 3 Chicken Thighs (medium size) and 3 Chicken Legs (medium size) with wet coating. 

  4. Generously coat chicken with dry ingredients until fully coated and place onto the air fryer grate. 

  5. Cooking temps vary from the air fryer, so use your model's suggested temperature for chicken, usually 400F) cook between 15-17 minutes or until done. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may have to cook two batches.  Always check on your chicken halfway into cooking, so that you can make any adjustments with time and temps.

*You may substitute chicken breasts in place of. Butterfly the chicken breasts if they are extra large/thick.

*For an added kick, use buffalo sauce in the wet coating. Using equal parts of buffalo sauce, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard (1/3 Cup each) or a few dashes of your favorite hot sauce!
